The project was originally a 1 and 2 Br complex but the developer took over and reconfigured it into larger, spacious 2 Br & 3Br apartments overlooking the river. Due to the location, it suited more permanent living such as retirees and mature families.
We structed a competitive loan facility for the developer. The project had Nil presales, however upon securing funding from ACMF, the developer was able to market the project with “Finance Approved and Premium local builder appointed” and was able to increase the sales rapidly, with several small prices rises upon reaching targets. results due to certainty on a start date.
