About ACM Finance
A boutique finance group that understands construction.
Simplified, transparent, asset-based lending. Structured by people who have built, banked and funded.
Established 2001 · Melbourne
ACM Finance was established to fill a gap property developers know well: funding that understands construction. Projects stall not because the fundamentals are wrong, but because the facility behind them was structured with no feel for how a build actually runs, how programmes shift and how a variation lands.
Who we are
A specialist boutique finance group built around construction funding.
Our forte is bridging the total budget gap required to fund a project.
Most banks will finance an LVR of 50–65%. It is the additional top-up of 5–10% after valuation, quantity surveyor and credit requirements that stalls projects. That is where ACM Finance works.
We bring together investors, managed funds and our own fund to structure a complete facility, and are often engaged from inception to completion, including feasibility assessment, finance structuring and profitability evaluation.

Managing Director
Albert has more than 30 years in finance and property development, and founded ACM Finance in 2001.
He began his career at NAB, then moved through the stock market and into commercial property development in South Australia during the 1990s. He established ACM Finance after identifying a niche the banks were not serving.
His specialty is structured finance for property development, placements and collections, drawing on a detailed understanding of the finance cycle, the development cycle, repayment of funds and profits, and development-related credit criteria.
